Carter’s Inc. in Washington state seeks a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families.

You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and help families prepare for everyday moments with our baby essentials and school readiness items. In a busy retail environment, you’ll complete point-of-sale transactions, restock and replenish floors, and assist with omnichannel services to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest services.
• Able to lift and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Resolve issues proactively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to satisfy customer wants.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize store loss through attentive service and safety.
