Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to assist customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will help customers express their personal style and demonstrate how Kate Spade items integrate into their wardrobe.

You’ll work with a knowledgeable team, applying product knowledge across categories, providing styling advice, and guiding purchases for a seamless checkout experience. Flexibility with schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency or local market language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently with strong product knowledge.
• Provide styling advice, create complete looks, and suggest add-ons.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout.
• Demonstrate deep brand knowledge across product categories.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
