Job summary

Free People in Washington, DC seeks a Seasonal Stylist to drive sales by delivering a genuine, on-brand customer experience on the sales floor. You will act as a brand representative, share product knowledge, and create personalized interactions across all store zones while staying informed about in-store and online events to enhance the omni-channel experience.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting FP values and drive the store experience.
• Initiate conversations, share advice and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized, genuine way.
• Utilize in-store and online event knowledge to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, participate in daily meetings and store initiatives.
• Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards and support shipment, inventory accuracy and store profitability.
