Job summary

Lifetouch in West Des Moines, IA is hiring a Seasonal Studio Photographer for a full-time, on-site role with immediate start. You’ll capture fun, creative photos for families, guide customers through sales, and schedule sessions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

No prior experience required; training provided. Must be 16+, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; strong communication and rapport with all ages. Competitive pay, flexible schedules, store discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Experience in retail, sales, service or photography preferred.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No prior experience required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
