Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring immediately for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members to join the JCPenney Portrait Studio. Hourly pay rate is $19.00. You’ll capture photos, guide customers through the sales process, and schedule sessions while delivering a fun, high-energy customer experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, HS diploma, with strong communication and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or photography experience is welcomed but not required; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (data entry, navigation).
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
