Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring seasonal part-time team members in our Springfield, MO studio. Earn $15.50 per hour with flexible shifts and the chance to gain photography and sales experience in a friendly environment.

As a team member, you will capture fun photos, guide customers through the sales process, and schedule sessions while delivering outstanding service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
