Job summary

Lifetouch in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Team Members to join the JCPenney Portrait Team. You will help customers capture memories through photography sessions and guide them through the sales process. The role offers flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive team environment.

You’ll perform sessions, schedule bookings, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish. Applicants must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED; prior retail or photography

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Previous retail, sales or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
