Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring immediately for seasonal part-time Team Members to support the JCPenney Portrait Team in Santa Ana, CA. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $19.00 and opportunities for paid training, incentives, and a fun, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include capturing photos, guiding customers through the sales process, contacting clients to schedule sessions, and delivering a superior customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience is preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer/navigation/data entry skills.
• No experience required, training provided.

• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
