Job summary

Lifetouch Inc. is hiring immediately for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members at the JCPenney Portrait Team.

This position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 and includes paid training, competitive pay with incentives, flexible schedules, and a store/studio discount. You will capture fun photos, guide guests through the sales process, contact customers to schedule sessions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Retail, sales, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do Here

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
