Job summary

Shutterfly's JCPenney Portrait Team is hiring seasonal part-time team members to capture fun photos and drive sales. The role involves welcoming customers, scheduling sessions, and delivering a memorable experience in a fast-paced studio environment.

The position offers paid training, competitive pay with incentives, flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays, and store/studio discounts. No prior experience required beyond enthusiasm and people skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
