Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Team Members to join the JCPenney Portrait Team in Hampton, VA. If you enjoy working with people of all ages and have a friendly, upbeat personality, this role could be a great fit.

You’ll learn photography basics, assist with sales sessions, and help create memorable experiences for customers. Pay is $16.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, bringing opportunities for growth in a fun, fast-paced retail studio environment at the JCPenney store location.

Qualifications

• Age minimum 16 years.
• Retail, sales, or photography experience is a plus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 16 years of age
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
