Job summary

Lifetouch, partnering with JCPenney Portrait Studio, is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Team Members. Earn $15.50 per hour in a fun, fast-paced environment where you’ll capture memorable photos and help customers.

You’ll handle sales, schedule sessions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Training is provided; prior experience is not required, and flexibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in retail, sales or photography is preferred but not required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to quickly put customers and children at ease.
• Basic math and computer skills; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to meet customer expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve sales goals.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing clients to schedule sessions.
• Provide a welcoming customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do Here

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 16 years of age
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
