Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an entry-level associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations in Prosper, TX. You will process freight, replenish shelves, and assist customers with products and services in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role involves unloading truck shipments, omni-channel fulfillment, and adhering to brand standards while participating in training for new hires. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
