Job summary

Belk is hiring seasonal team members for full-time, part-time and flex roles across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. You’re to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help customers on the sales floor, process transactions, assist with curbside pickup and merchandising, and maintain clean, organized selling areas while upholding safety and asset protection procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and help meet store goals.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and Windows devices.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move around store areas and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Support store operations such as curbside pickup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas and signage.
• Stay informed of products and promotions to provide accurate information.

• Follow safety procedures and prevent shrinkage.
