Job summary

See’s Candies in Florida is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic leader to oversee a single shop and provide outstanding customer service.

You will manage daily operations, ensure adherence to guidelines, handle opening/closing, drive sales toward targets, and maintain visual merchandising while upholding safety and cost controls.

Pay rate is $21.02 per hour; weekend/holiday availability is required. Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.

• Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
