Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help fulfill our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. The role involves assisting with sales support tasks outlined by the Store Manager and greeting guests on-site.

Pay ranges from $16.90 to $18 per hour with comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time teammates and a more limited benefits package for part-time staff. The position requires a flexible schedule and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is equipped to answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, completing price markdowns, and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.

The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, this position completes a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
