Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown for a seasonal store. You’ll maintain Guest Services and help drive sales in a fast-paced Halloween retail environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising integrity, and efficient store operations, including sign waving, price tagging, and POS tasks. This is a seasonal, hourly position with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Must be capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Job may require up to 8 hours of standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
• Support the Store Management Team by setting up fixtures, packing up, and tearing down the store.
