A seasonal retail company is looking for a Sales Associate in Rehoboth Beach. The role includes supporting the Store Management Team with setup and teardown of the store, maintaining Guest Services according to company standards, and generating sales. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.25 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 16.

• May require 8 hours of standing/walking.
