• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals; ensure tasks are executed and products are available
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard; support shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory
• Maintain punctual attendance
• Support inclusive environment for teammates and guests
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to drive sales performance
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and standards
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and displays using Ulta Beauty tools and best practices
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area
• Protect company assets via loss prevention practices and exceptional guest service
