Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, restock merchandise, and keep the store clean and guest-ready. You’ll work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet goals and adhere to procedures.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, replenishment, signage, and providing exceptional guest service while following Ulta’s policies. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipment, replenishment, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
