Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system) and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and build tester availability.
