Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Factoria, WA is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks to meet retail goals.

You will assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers, follow procedures, and contribute to an inclusive team environment while delivering friendly service to guests across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training to support brand education and sales performance.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards; keep the store clean and safe.
• Drive operational excellence by stocking, facing, and ensuring testers are available.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices.
