Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep merchandise stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance and compliance tasks.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays, with a focus on guest experience, inventory, and loss prevention. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
