Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness. You’ll assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager and help drive performance, guest service, and compliance across tasks.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy, inventory, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and timely completion of processes like shipment and replenishment.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall cleanliness.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty systems.
