Responsibilities

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to drive sales.
• Adhere to store policies, procedures and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms and shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Keep work areas replenished, signed and faced, with testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap and backroom.
