Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will replenish merchandise, keep the store clean, and help execute resets and inventory procedures.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, follow policies, and use Ulta Beauty technology. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays is required. Full-time roles offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Maintain compliance with task dashboards and complete operational processes (receiving, replenishment, inventory).
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness across all areas.
• Support merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Protect assets by following loss-prevention practices and deliver guest service.
