Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest service. The role focuses on maintaining stock, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with inventory, merchandising, and process execution. Ideal candidates bring basic technology comfort (POS and Apple devices), strong teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
