Job summary

Hickory Farms is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one or more seasonal retail locations. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure visual merchandising and inventory accuracy while preventing loss and maintaining standards.

The role requires flexibility, availability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a minimum of 32 hours per week after Thanksgiving and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive results.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates.
• Lead daily store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for the location(s).
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure consistent execution of customer engagement strategies and brand standards.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience reflecting the Hickory Farms brand.
