The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in operations, ensuring profitability and excellent Guest Services. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Ensures maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services.
• Responsible for developing staff and controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.
