Spirit Halloween in Shirley, New York, is looking for individuals to support the Store Manager in various store operations during the seasonal period. Responsibilities include staffing, setup, merchandising, and customer service to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in the overall operation of a store to help maximize sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services standards.
• Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
