Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering great customer experiences and helping fans get the merch they love.

You’ll train new sales associates, help run the store, meet sales targets, and keep the floor visually appealing while upholding policies and preventing theft. This role requires energy, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Retail experience preferred.
• Fan culture knowledge welcome.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to train and coach new teammates.
• Good communication with team and management.

Aufgaben

• Enhance the shopping experience and help drive repeat visits.
• Provide leadership support and assist Store Manager when needed.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving KPIs (UPT, ADT).
• Maintain store appearance and cover the sales floor, including opening/closing tasks.
• Process sales transactions and assist with stock and merchandising as directed.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates to onboard quickly.
• Support with planogram updates and communications to HQ partners.
