A seasonal retail company in South Bend is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the overall operation and success of the store. Key responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising, and ensuring excellent guest services while maximizing sales and profitability. Candidates must have prior retail management experience and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job, which include standing for long hours and lifting heavy items. A flexible schedule is also required.

Qualificações

• Minimum age requirement is 18 with a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in staffing and merchandising.
• Ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing guest services.
