The role requires prior retail management experience and demands physical stamina for extended hours of standing and lifting. Successful candidates will be responsible for maximizing sales and maintaining customer service expectations. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.75 to $17.25, plus various premium pay programs.

Formación

• Minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown.
• Ensure maximum sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services.
