Job summary

Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween in Utah is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Store to support staffing, setup, merchandising and teardown. You will help drive guest services and store profitability while developing staff and maintaining inventory control.

The role requires prior retail management experience, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. 18+ years old with a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Experience staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Ensure guest services standards and drive store profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses, and manage shrinkage and inventory.
