Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies
• Monitor security risks and theft prevention measures
• Assist Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks like displays and price markdowns
• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support special projects as assigned
