Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for a safe environment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by placing orders when low and rotate/store properly.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support operations to receive and process product, perform stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
