Job summary

GUESS Factory in Wheaton, MD is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to support receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. You will help maintain a clean, organized stock room and ensure items are ready for display.

Key duties include handling shipments, restocking shelves, processing transfers and returns, and participating in inventories. A high school diploma and ability to lift 30+ pounds, plus flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch and balance regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room cleanliness and organization.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and markdowns.
• Move goods from stock to selling floor and replenish stock as needed.
• Perform transfers, RTVs, manage damages and customer charge sends.
• Participate in all inventories and store meetings.
