Kohl’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Temecula, CA. You will deliver excellent customer service and execute store operations, processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

You’ll greet customers, stock the floor, follow product protection standards, and support training for new hires. The role requires 16+ years, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and no prior retail experience is required. Pay range is $17.00 to $24.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership
