Kohl’s is hiring for an associate role focused on delivering excellent customer service and executing store operations. You will process freight, replenish shelves, and support omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and manage stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Train new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
• Act with integrity, foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exericising good judgment and involving partners as needed.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver fast transactions.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., productivity, loyalty).
• Handle multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain safety policies for associates and customers.
• Receive direction from supervisors and other personnel.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership

Pay Range: $14.00 - $20.20
