Job summary

Kohl’s is looking for an associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will process freight, replenish stock, and assist with omni-channel fulfillment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining product protection standards, and helping training new hires on brand standards and procedures. Flexible availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership

Pay Range

Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00
