Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a frontline associate in Lenox to deliver excellent customer service and ensure consistent store operations. You will process freight, replenish shelves, and support omni channel fulfillment while engaging customers and maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling (including nights and weekends) and adherence to safety and store procedures. Training will be provided for new hires, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.10
