Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring a role focused on delivering excellent customer service and executing store operations, including freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

You’ll greet customers, assist with products, follow product protection standards, and participate in training new hires. Must be 16+, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

All associates are expected to act with integrity, teamwork, and provide a fast, friendly shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.10
