Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store operations and omni‑channel fulfillment. You will process freight, stockrooms, and replenish floors while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers.

You’ll join a team focused on integrity, teamwork, and a positive customer experience, with flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, engage customers, and participate in training per Kohl’s standards.

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and consistent execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, replenishment, and omni channel operations.

What You’ll Do

Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.65
