Job summary

Kohl's is hiring and seeks associates who can deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You will process freight, replenish shelves, and assist customers across in-store and omni-channel activities. No retail experience is required, and there is a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Pay starts at $12.50 per hour. Training on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures, and tools will be provided by store leadership to help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
