Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth store operations. You will handle freight, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment while assisting customers and supporting sales floor processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure consistent store operations.
• Process freight, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services.
• Support training of new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
