Responsibilities

• Freight and inventory management: unload, sort, and process freight shipments; manage flow to stockroom and floor.
• Customer order fulfillment: pick, pack, and process orders including online orders for in-store pickup and shipping.
• Stockroom operations: keep stockroom clean, safe, and organized; replenish merchandise on the floor.
• Support the sales team: communicate stock levels and new arrivals to empower service.
• Uphold standards: follow safety, merchandising, and cleanliness policies.
• Assist as needed: perform other duties to support store success.
