Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an associate to provide excellent customer service while executing store operations, including processing freight, replenishment, and omni‑channel fulfillment. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and ensure product protection standards are met.

Responsibilities include stockroom duties, training for new hires, and supporting POS/customer service to deliver fast service and a great shopping experience. High school age minimum and flexible shifts required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and warehouse operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Maintain product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures and productivity standards.
