Job summary

Kohl's in Madison, WI is hiring a store associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations, including freight, replenishment, and omni‑channel fulfillment.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, stock and protect merchandise, and participate in training on brand standards and inventory procedures. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays; no prior retail experience is required, and you’ll start at $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
