Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unloading shipments and manage stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Execute product protection standards.
• Participate in training on Kohl's brand standards, inventory procedures and productivity tools.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture with integrity and teamwork.
• Exercise good judgment and take appropriate actions with partners as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Support POS and customer service to speed transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual productivity, loyalty, and credit goals.
• Handle multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies for associates and customers.
• Respond to direction from supervisors and other personnel.
