Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Stockroom Associate to keep the stockroom organized and ready to deliver the WOW experience our customers expect. You’ll handle freight, inventory, and order fulfillment while supporting the sales team and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience is a plus, and a strong sense of ownership and teamwork. Availability from 7:00am to 12:00pm is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Customer centric mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and process freight shipments to stockroom and sales floor.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders including in-store pickup and ship-to-store.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom; replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Support the sales team by ensuring product availability and communicating new arrivals.
